An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and experienced full time Administration Support Officer to join our Wellness & Supportive Care Serviceat the ONJ Centre. The ONJ Centre at Austin Health is a state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer diagnostic and treatment unit that forms part of Austin Health. The Wellness Centre provides psycho-social and complementary therapies to cancer patients, survivors, their families and carers.

The integrated model of multidisciplinary care within Cancer Services relies on a dynamic, appropriately qualified and skilled team to support patients undergoing care in both the inpatient and ambulatory settings, with a key focus on integrated wellness and supportive Care.The Wellness and Supportive Care team are committed to excellence in practice and continually strive to deliver evidence based programs to oncology patients, their families and carers. 

The Administration Support Officer is a key part of the team ensuring the Wellness Centre and Information Lounge are welcoming and accessible to all patients and families. Working closely with the other members of the team, this role will undertake administration and reception duties as well as program support, data collection, reporting and support the digital hub for cancer consumer information.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate an interest in wellness, enhancing patient experience, be competent in administration and have experience working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
