Your role in our future.

The Facilities & PPP Department is responsible for the contract management of the Public Private Partnership agreement to ensure that Peter Mac receives value for money and that the KPIs within the contract are delivered. It also manages the interface between the various facility management contractors and Peter Mac staff, building partners and tenants.

The role is responsible to:
Support the Facilities & PPP team to ensure effective and efficient management of their day-to-day activities.

Provide administrative support for meetings, general office support, collation of data for reports, diary management, invoicing, record keeping, and communicating with staff in regards to capital Works etc.

Provide a "help desk" service to Peter Mac staff, building partners and tenants in relation to requests for facility works, process for requests, updates on progress, what paperwork is required.

Assist in departmental projects, continuous improvement activities including audits, accreditation events.
