Casual Medical Receptionist at Epworth Sports and Exercise Medicine Group

Specialist clinic in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of sports, exercise, recreational and domestic injuries, and conditions

Richmond location, close to CBD and public transport

The Role

In this casual role, based in Richmond, you will report to the Practice Manager and will be responsible for providing customer service and general administrative support to the Epworth Sports and Exercise Medicine Group, medical specialists, patients and staff.

You will make an impact by:
Being dynamic, motivated and demonstrating excellent Reception skills

Contributing to the provision of the highest quality level of service in a manner consistent with Epworth’s strategy and values.

Providing information to patients relating to specialist appointments and charges

Receiving and receipt of patient payments

Taking and managing patient bookings

Maintaining a professional reception area

To be successful in this role…

You will have

Previous experience in Sports Medicine or a Orthopaedic active administration role

Medical and Radiology terminology experience

Exceptional attention to detail

Highly developed computer and telephone skills

Strong organisational skills, flexible, self-motivated and friendly.

Be familiar with Zedmed Patient Management Software, Word and Excel.
