About this opportunity:
We are currently looking for passionate Support Workers interested in working upto full time in home services within Melbourne, South Eastern & Western regions, Bass Coast , South Gippsland, Latrobe Valley and Sale. The opportunities for work include runs in the community attending to personal care, home care and respite services.

The team at Programmed Health Professionals are one of Australia's leading healthcare agencies and we have many daily, weekly and fortnightly services available.

We are seeking staff that are available upto full time hours as we have services available weekdays , morning and evening and many services can be booked with advanced notice.

What we require:
Minimum Certificate III Aged Care or Certificate III in Home & Community Care
Minimum 6 months recent support worker experience
Current First Aid Certificate
Current drivers licence
Ability to provide 2 clinical referees
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Police Record Check
