The Role

Come and join our team at our Pensinula Grange Aged Care facility where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning ‘Better Together’ model, raising the quality of living in aged care. At Peninsula Grange we are proud of our culture; we are an embracing and supportive team, we welcome resident preferences and choice, we connect to engage our community of residents, families and care staff.

We are currently looking for an experienced administration officer or receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, to join the friendly and supportive team in Mornington on a part time basis. Our administration officers are responsible for accurate and efficient administrative and customer service duties including reception duties, data entry, book keeping, resident bookings and general enquiries.

What you will be doing

Providing a range of administrative functions including; scheduling of staff meetings, documentation, responding to queries over the phone or via email
Maintaining client and staff database/records
Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
Assisting with resident admissions (i.e enquiry packs)
Assisting with facility accounts and bank processing in an accurate and timely manner
Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

What we are looking for

Previous administrative experience
Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
A flexible and team orientated approach
Availbilty to work part time Monday - Thursday and the occasional weekend coverage.
