Quality Coordinator - Quality and Safety Unit at the Women's
Ongoing Part Time Position

Your contribution

In this role you will work with colleagues throughout the hospital to lead continuous improvement strategies across our quality and safety, clinical governance and risk and compliance management processes and practices and harness the expertise across our organisation to position the Women’s as a leader in quality, safety and clinical excellence.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

Working with clinical teams on quality improvement priorities
Clinical incident and risk managment
Data and information managment
Other duties related to building a strong safety culture and an improvement mindset at the Women's.

About you

To be successful within this role you will need to have:
Appropriate tertiary qualification in a health related area.
Experience in and understanding of a systems approach to quality, continuous improvement and risk management
