Allied Health Clinician (School Readiness) Merri Health is seeking to add multiple Allied Health Clinicians to our multidisciplinary team as part of the School Readiness Funding initiative across the Goulburn and Ovens Murray Region. You will have access to amazing flexible working from home arrangements available and opportunities for engagement in telehealth and virtual service delivery; with travel across the beautiful North East Victorian region (negotiable), and access to office facilities in Wangaratta. We have multiple full-time and part-time positions available (fixed term until December 2022). We have openings for enthusiastic and passionate Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists. In your new role you will be: Providing allied health support to kindergartens and to families in order to build the capability of kindergarten educators and families to support children through coaching, modelling, group training, case consultation support and other discipline specific services. Focusing on improving the language and early literacy skills, as well as social-emotional wellbeing of all children in each setting. Developing and providing in-services, training, and other PD sessions to educators and families through a variety of mediums. Working collaboratively with kindergartens and DET area staff across the region to plan for how they will utilize their allied health entitlement.
