Your role in our future:

The Cancer Imaging department at Peter Mac provides a dynamic support service for all oncology patients. With an expanding and diverse patient population, Cancer Imaging is an exciting place to work with application of new interventions, research and therapies. Cancer Imaging at Peter Mac comprises the following services –Interventional Angiography and ultrasound procedures, Bone Marrow Biopsies & Molecular Therapies.

We are seeking enthusiastic, patient focused, Registered Nurses to join our supportive team.

Successful Applicants will possess (or willing to work towards):

  • Previous experience in Medical Imaging is highly desirable but not essential

  • Previous experience in oncology nursing is highly desirable but not essential

  • Excellent patient assessment skills

  • Commitment to ensuring that clinical practice is evidenced-based care

  • Motivation to deliver a high standard of patient care

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously when required

  • Commitment to improvement and excellence in the delivery of outcomes
