You'll be joining a rapidly growing and highly innovative, progressive local MedTech employer with a challenger attitude who sits right at the forefront of virtual patient support and customised orthopaedics. They have the ambition to lead in this space.

In addition to a visionary leadership team, they have talented R&D and clinical sections, which together support an ever-growing list of stakeholders involved in ensuring the best outcomes possible. For patients and surgeons before, during, and after their orthopaedic surgery.

It's a blend of people, technology, and knowledge that has created unique career opportunities available for physios with ambition and a passion for more in their careers.

If you are considering a new direction in your physio career but don't want to leave patients behind altogether. Then this is a new way to leverage your mix of clinical and soft skills with orthopaedic evidence-based innovations.

Skills and Experience

  • You'll have, i.e. at least two years of clinical practice under your belt, ideally with musculoskeletal conditions, ortho rehab, or acute care.
  • In this dynamic team-based environment you'll fit in well if you like to learn, continuously improve and have a passion for MedTech innovations along with people interactions.
  • Communication in all forms will be a strength of yours. Whilst remoted it's a highly engaged and social team.
  • Theatre exposure will help accelerate your progress, but support is provided to get you over the line with the necessary protocols.
  • Since you'll be working alone and part of remote teams, you'll excel with organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills – these are all essential to effectively proactively manage your workload.
  • Whilst the training and ramp-up period can be up to 18 months; you'll be someone ambitious and motivated and, over time, play an essential role as the team and program expand.
  • Finally, you must be digital savvy, comfortable across various technologies deployed by the business, including telemedicine.
