As the Global Head of Clinical Intelligence your role is to support the creation and utilisation of data and insights to drive operational and clinical decision making, actively supporting our broader Global Service of the Future (SOF) vision. In this role you will be expected to work across Global and Country teams to manage and facilitate the development and utilisation of business and clinical insights. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of clinical, patient facing and Shared Service teams to drive improvement and innovation to help our patients achieve their best possible life outcomes. The location of the role is flexible and can be based Australia, the United Kingdom, Spain or the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Clinical Intelligence development and management
  • Development and iteration of globally consistent business reporting to aid effective clinical and business management (4 x 90s and 4 x 100s)
  • Identification of business insights to driver performance, including, as relevant, partnering with Global and Country teams to translate insights into actual improvements
  • Utilisation of broader business, process and data understanding to drive business performance through the SOF Program
  • Research, Innovation and Big Data Analytics – That is, structured and unstructured data to assist Clinicians to better understand disease behaviour and the efficacy of treatment interventions.
  • Interact with Clinical, Technical and other working groups to enable robust review, active interrogation and active manipulation of data to assist the development of innovative solutions to manage problems and improve patient outcomes

Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of IT/Commerce/Business/Science or equivalent
  • Significant experience in a similar global/national role, in similar sized organisation (Health Care sector preferred)
  • Demonstrate you can influence and engage others to work collaboratively across the organisation to change and accept new ideas
  • Proven ability to build consultant level peer-to-peer relationships with clinicians and other healthcare professionals,
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in liaising, influencing and negotiating with staff across job families at all levels of an organisation
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty, complexity and time pressures
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
