About the Role

Two Fellow positions (each at 0.5 EFT) for a Simulation Specialist Skills Term are invited to commence in February 2022 for 12 months. This exciting role will include exposure to all aspects of simulation education including curriculum planning and design, direct teaching, facilitation of low to high-end simulation scenarios, feedback and video-assisted team debriefings. The role will also be supported to learn behind-the-scenes activities such as console operation and scenario design. Participation in a research project is desirable. This role is appropriate for advanced trainees in critical care specialities or medicine and ideally would take part with clinical work in your speciality at Monash Health.

What you need:
MBBS or equivalent and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

This exciting term may also be combined with a part-time clinical position, requiring a separate application to the nominated specialty program. Please state preferred employment option in cover letter at time of application.
