To support this mission, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Territory Manager to join our Victorian Orthopaedic sales team. This is a rare sales opportunity in a growing and successful team.

As part of the Victorian Orthopaedics team, you’ll work closely with the broader team to ensure the growth and ongoing success of the business by developing procedural and clinical product knowledge to support, advise and train medical and nursing team members with the aim to achieve optimal outcome for their patients and aggressively drive revenue.

We're looking for someone who;

Has clinical experience with complex arthroplasty, including hip & knee revision and limb length / deformity correction
Has strong sales experience, with a proven track record selling into hospital theatres
Is motivated, a self-starter and an extremely professional individual
Has a can-do attitude and can work both autonomously and as part of a team
Possesses excellent communication skills

You'll be responsible for:
Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons
Providing in theatre support to Orthopaedic surgeons for relevant procedures
Building relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education and clinical case support
Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants and user guide as per each customers' requirements

And to be successful we think you’ll need:
Experience in limb length / deformity correction, complex arthroplasty & hip & knee reconstruction
Strong relationship skills and hungry to hunt for the business and close the sale
At least 2 years’ sales experience medical device industry and in a clinical environment
A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), nursing, Bachelor of Science or similar
