Administration Officer

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to manage the efficient conduct of CEED

Varied role working for a multi-disciplinary clinical team

Fixed term 2 years, 0.6EFT (24 hours per week)

Your new team

The Victorian Centre of Excellence in Eating Disorders (CEED) is a state-wide program of Victoria’s specialist mental health system, managed by North Western Mental Health, part of Melbourne Health

We are team working together to support the building of a high quality, comprehensive, stepped system of care for eating disorders in Victoria

You will help us by streamlining our administration procedures and ensure all training and events run smoothly and efficiently

In return, you will be supported by a senior administrator and manager.

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

Work independently with limited supervision

Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, and understanding the need for confidentiality and discretion

Assist and maintain administrative office systems

Provide a broad range of administrative functions

Work with Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level

Your Contribution

Be responsible for all administration functions regarding training and events

Secretarial support for team meetings and manager

Assist in data collection, finance functions and managing office supplies

Assist with updating communications both internally and externally including newsletter, eNews and online resources
