Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join our team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital!

Do you have a d egree in a relevant health related field or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience, with relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration if required and experience in an acute healthcare setting?

Do you have demonstrated organisational knowledge with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills?

An exciting and dynamic opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and motivated clinician, to manage and facilitate preparedness for Assessment (Accreditation).

This position will be responsible for ensuring the development, coordination and implementation of version 2 National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards ahead of Assessment, working in close collaboration with the Director of Patient Safety and Quality.

This is a significant body of work and will require the Manager to work closely with RPAH Executive and SLHD Executive. This will require hospital wide collaboration, education, communication and the cultivation of effective working partnerships within multi-disciplinary teams.
