About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability, the Program Manager, Clinical Learning, will:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical learning curriculums in partnership with Managers, HR, and Quality
  • Lead and support the design and implementation of initiatives to develop critical clinical capabilities required across Benetas
  • Source external and internal experts to design and deliver clinical learning, and manage the rollout of all clinical learning for key roles across our business units
  • Use metrics to analyse and influence decision making, and report on the effectiveness and impact of clinical learning initiatives
  • Be the subject matter expert on clinical capability and drive a culture of accountability for learning and development for nursing and care employees
  • Manage external vendor relationships as well as design and deliver some learning

About You

So that we can ensure your success in this role, you will have:

  • Degree or equivalent in Nursing, or equivalent Allied Health qualified and current AHPRA registration
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in aged care clinical practice, as well as contemporary learning and development approaches
  • Strong commercial acumen, understanding the drivers of success in the business and able to respond with appropriate capability building initiatives
  • High level communication, presentation, facilitating, coaching and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in embedding and implementing new approaches that develop clinical capability and manage for high performance
  • Qualifications in education will be well regarded (Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Education)
