The Role

In these 2 permanent part-time ANUM roles (Camberwell - 34.20 hours per week and Epworth Richmond ABI Unit - 22.8hours per week), you will be ready to take the challenge to start or enhance your nursing leadership journey. This ANUM role will offer you the opportunity to utilise your acute and/or rehabilitation nursing skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment to lead and deliver excellent compassionate rehabilitation care in collaboration with our patients, their families and the multidisciplinary team. As a leader within our clinical team, you will have the support of a great team and management who are committed to facilitating a collegial, patient-centred environment. You will be well supported with continuing education, an open-door approach by management and flexible rostering.

To be successful in this role.

You might be an RN or an ANUM at present. You will have the knowledge or an aptitude for rehabilitation nursing and it’s ethos and be able to lead the team to deliver timely, safe, evidence-based patient-centred clinical care to patients and achieve optimal clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. You will also support the NUM to build and maintain a high performing team.

You will have:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
  • Familiarity with current practices in the specialty or rehabilitation nursing will be an advantage
  • Previous rehabilitation or acute nursing experience will be highly regarded.
