Laundry Assistant

We are looking for a Laundry Assistant to work in our Linen Warehouse at Tamworth to conduct the following tasks and duties, linen sorting, ironing, folding, packing, loading/unloading of washers, dryers, cleaning of laundry machinery, all to a high standard. You will also contribute to a positive and constructive team culture with the ability to work independently and follow instructions flexibly to adjusting work requirements.

These are Permanent Part Time positions €“ 16 hours per week (4x available) and graded as a Hospital Assistant Grade 2 with a salary of $25.07 per hour. Salary packaging benefits available providing additional benefits of up to $2,198.

  • Ideally, but not essential, you will also have experience in general laundry with the operations of machinery or in a production/manufacturing industry.
