What you'll be doing
Partnering with consumers is a fundamental and essential part of designing and delivering excellent clinical services, underpinned by the National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards, Standard 2 and the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights. The Consumer and Patient Experience Manager leads this portfolio of work for Northern Sydney Local Health District which is inclusive of developing, implementing and maintaining systems to partner with consumers and improve patient experience, in addition to coordinating medicolegal matters and the consumer feedback management system.
