The opportunity:

The role of Executive Manager Residential Services at Warrina Homes is based at our Corporate Services Office in Highbury, and reports to the CEO. The role works collaboratively with the Residential Services Management teams to provide quality care and services to all residents and families

 More about you:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Clinical Leadership role and a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Articulate, a strategic thinker and a great team player
  • Positive and upbeat with a passion for leading teams in order to deliver quality person centred aged care
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation applicable to Residential Aged Care Services including funding and accreditation systems and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proven strengths in negotiation, collaboration, networking, report writing, lateral thinking and problem solving
  • Hold a valid drivers licence
  • Ability to travel and work at the two sites to provide leadership guidance and support to the clinical teams, residents and families.

The role requirements:

  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all services and programs, in response to resident needs and in line with Warrina Home’s vision and values
  • Implementing and monitoring KPI’s to evaluate service delivery including operational budgets, ACFI performance and Occupancy ratios
  • Effective and efficient management of human, financial and other resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and governance requirements relating to the aged care sector including quality standards, accreditation, ACFI and WHS
