This company is a global medical device company that brings best-in-class technology across multiple healthcare disciplines that will drive value for customers, improve outcomes for patients and help people live their fullest lives. Due to growth within their surgical portfolio, there is a newly created position in Victoria for an experienced Hospital Sales Professional to join their team. Your territory has established accounts that are performing well, setting you up for success. As the Surgical Account Manager, you will also work collaboratively with your Clinical Account managers across the region providing strategic direction and supporting them to reach business objectives and grow patient referrals.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • growing sales of this your portfolio within your hospital accounts 
  • analyse and interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • engage with health professionals and ensure confidence in this product
  • manage demonstrations and support clinical cases 
  • provide outstanding customer service 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • a proven track record in hospital sales, preferably with medical devices experience
  • account management and strong commercial acumen
  • excellent relationship building skills
  • strong technical aptitude
  • background in Nursing, Healthcare, or in Anatomy & Physiology will be advantageous
  • passion for winning and an excellent team player
