Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Facility Manager for two of their Facilitys in Regional Victoria. They integrate a highly dedicated and ethical team of healthcare professionals and they work to improve the lives of seniors through person-centred care.

Leading a team of professionals at both facilities, you will provide support operational and supervisory management of these picturesque facilities. You will be the pivotal professional for the sites that requires optimal commercial and financial performance. To be successful, a background in aged care and residential management is necessary to successfully lead and manage this supportive team.

Description

The role is based within a quaint and beautiful city of Victoria with close proximity the town centre. It is the ideal place for an experienced Facility or Residential Manager looking for a role where they are valued and in turn, providing value to staff and residents. You will be the core part of the management team and leading CCM's, Registered Nurses, and PCA's. You will liaise with the Regional Manager and Executive members of the organisation and work together to consistently improve the facilities. This role will require a true leader that is passionate and driven to enrich the lives of residents. Looking after the residents from an individualist perspective will be at the forefront of your mind.

Profile

  • AHPRA Registration (essential)
  • Dementia or Mental Health related Tertiary Qualifications (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of the sector across residential and/or community aged care
  • Previous experience in leading or managing a team and evidence of leadership skills to achieve successful outcomes (minimum 2 years at least)
  • Valid Police Check (or eligible to apply)
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously, leading from the front
