About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of the ACAT Assessor is to determine the needs of frail older people and their carers in public and private hospitals, in the community and in residential aged care facility settings and organise support services, as appropriate. A key function of this assessment process is the determination of the client’s eligibility for approval to access aged care services as set out by the Aged Care Act (1997).
