About your role


As a Clinical Project Manager at Annalise.ai,you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a diverse range of clinical studies evaluating artificial intelligence (AI) products used in diagnostic medical imaging. This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated clinical research professional or management consultant to join a uniquely talented team. Our focus is on executing robust clinical studies and delivering quality publications to support the strategy of the business.


Reporting to the Clinical Trial Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn to manage AI clinical validation studies using software as a medical device and may be assigned to lead a clinical study. Your accountabilities will be spread across study management, operations, SOP development and manuscript delivery. As part of your every day role, you will enjoy coordinating interactions between a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Support the overall progress of clinical studies and project manage as needed;
  • Assist with literature reviews, manuscript submissions and conference abstracts;
  • Assist in the development of clinical study protocols, ethics submissions and study plans and facilitate logistics;
  • Perform quality reviews and ensure completion of all essential study documentation;
  • Effectively manage liaisons between external and internal stakeholders, including clinical study sites, manufacturers and clinicians; and
  • Assist with SOP development.


What will help you succeed:

  • Solid years of experience working in clinical research or consulting;
  • Experience working in the medical device industry;
  • Understanding of clinical development processes including an understanding of applicable standards and regulations;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting project timelines and deliverable requirements; and
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, life sciences, psychology, computer science, information systems).


Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Previous management consulting experience;
  • Experience running clinical investigations for software as a medical device products and/or AI driven medical devices;
  • Experience with Multiple Reader Multiple Case (MRMC) studies; and
  • Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
