Your new company
Your new company is a thriving medical practice located in Western Sydney. They are currently experiencing increased levels of activity and are expanding accordingly.

Your new role
Your new role will consist of providing administrative support to the team of medical professionals within the organisation. This role will include the following:

  • General administrative support including responding to emails
  • Transcribing dictation to written notes from the medical professionals
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients
  • Answer incoming calls from patients

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have prior experience within a medical practice as a medical secretary and a typist. You will also be able to provide excellent customer service to incoming patients and maintain a strong understanding of medical terminology.
