About the opportunity:

As our business grows, so does our team. Currently providing support from Northern NSW to Central Queensland we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Full and Part Time Occupational Therapists to join our dedicated and friendly team. These positions are based at our Robina Office and flexible work arrangements are negotiable. 

Key responsibilities:

You will be providing high quality therapeutic services to clients across the Region. As we pride ourselves on the commitment of more Face-to-Face time with the people in which we support this is a mobile role that will require you to travel to the client.


  • Bachelor/Masters in Occupational Therapy Degree
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate or ability to obtain
  • Current Working with Children Blue Card or ability to obtain
  • Current Australian Driver’s License
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening

Skills and experience:

  • Warm and positive attitude
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience working within the disability sector is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience providing Occupational Therapy within an NDIS framework.
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to complete appropriate assessments and reports in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience working within KPI’s reporting requirements highly desirable.
