What you'll be doing
Responsible for the general receipt, control and dispatch of goods, stock selection and delivery, handling of telephone and direct enquiries, imprest, bar coding and driving duties as required, maintenance of the allocated area of specific responsibility.

  • This is an Identified Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Position. Applicants for this position must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent through parentage, identify as an Aboriginal person and/or Torres Strait Islander and be accepted in the community as such. Exemption is claimed under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
  • Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse distribution
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bar-coding or computer based systems
  • Physically able to perform the duties required
  • Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment but also with minimum supervision
