About You

You are a genuine and empathetic person who has a strong focus on providing the high-quality care that the community of residents at Werribee deserve. You have a passion positively impacting people's lives, providing assistance and support with services in line with our resident's needs, abilities and choices. You will have an approach that empowers our residents to be independent and have a quality of life whilst in our care. You will be a part of a dedicated, dynamic and forward thinking team that comes together for a common goal, the care of our residents.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle/Leisure (essential)
  • Currently hold or willing to apply for a NDIS check
  • Previous experience working in residential aged care/ health care facility
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of residents
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and accreditation and person centred care and its application
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of care of persons living with complex mental health conditions, including dementia
