We serve our South Australian medical practitioners, private hospitals and aged care facilities.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of COVID Coordinator is to co-ordinate the operations and staffing associated with any COVID collection. This includes but is not limited to; Drive Through, Mobile & Aged Care.

The COVID Coordinator is the primary point of contact for COVID related enquiries, tasks or services relative to collection. Working in a small team the role is a Permanent, Part Time. A job share arrangement will be considered.

Duties:

  • Management of the Aged Care Hotline, inclusive of taking the call and allocation of the job to mobile staff inclusive of drive through;
  • Ensuring operational expectations of COVID staff are managed and communicated (drive through, mobile and Aged Care);
  • Operational support for COVID staff;
  • Staff supervision;
  • Administrative tasks associated with COVID including assisting with roster, payroll, maintaining procedure manual and audits as required;
  • Assisting with COVID staff training and maintaining employee documentation;
  • Adherence to contractual obligations around collection TAT times.

Applicants should possess the following:

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service;
  • Previous experience leading a small team;
  • Self-directed, energetic and motivated to achieve agreed outcomes;
  • Ability to interpret instructions and provide feedback to ensure systems, procedures and processes are maintained at the highest standard;
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines;
  • Good attention to detail and strong time management skills;
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service;
  • Available to work approx. 15 hours per fortnight

(Alternate Saturday (8am - 4pm) and Sunday (8am to 1 pm) (with flexibility required)
