DIRECTOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AND COMPLIANCE



  • Full time opportunity in a newly created role, with flexible working options and relocation opportunities available for negotiation.

  • Colac Area Health is a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services to a catchment population of approximately 30 000. Situated in the Colac Otway Shire, one of the most picturesque Victorian municipalities that provides city conveniences with a country charm, plus we have the Otway Ranges and the Great Ocean Road right on our doorsteps.

A senior, business critical position where you will lead, influence and implement the formation and delivery of CAH’s major works programs and the achievement if CAH’s corporate compliance requirements



As a collaborative member of the Executive team, responsible for providing advice, mentoring, support and delivering of large scale projects that adhere to project management methodology and the consistent delivery of projects on time, within budget, to agreed quality, and a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.



A bit about you


To have success in the role you will be a motivating and engaging leader, who can influence change. You will also have:



  • Extensive operational, project management and strategic experience in a senior management position ideally within Healthcare, private sector and/or comparable complex environment; 

  • A sound understanding of Healthcare and project management; 

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the capacity to perform effectively in diverse and complex political environments and to manage change; 

  • Ability to undertake independent strategic thinking, analyse complex situations, develop creative solutions and achieve outcomes that advance the organisation.
