About the Opportunity


A unique opportunity for an innovative and motivated Speech Pathologist to join a compassionate and experienced team in a permanent full-time or part-time capacity. We are a family friendly business and offer our team a range of flexible work options such as working from home and flexible hours to suit your needs. You will be given the opportunity to work locally in your community and collaborate with likeminded allied health, education and medical professionals. The role will involve a mix of working in our Mawson Lakes clinic (face to face and telehealth) and out of clinic (school, preschool and home visits) appointments. A typical caseload would likely include children and young people from (0-18 years) with ASD, developmental delays, language delays, speech difficulties, literacy challenges and stuttering. You may have the opportunity to program/plan therapy and groups for Allied Health Assistants to implement. We will support you to develop a specialist clinical caseload or senior roles in your area of clinical expertise.

About You

  • You are a qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for an SPA membership.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are flexible in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person.
  • You have eligibility as a Medicare provider.
  • You have a current driver’s license and Working with Children Check.
  • You have experience working with children and young people with speech and language difficulties, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays and disability (desirable).
  • You have experience providing assessment and therapy to children and young people (desirable).
