What is EAP?

EAP is a confidential service that organisations provide to their employees and family members to reduce mental health and people related risk. As an EAP Clinician, your role will be to provide solution-focused, brief therapy services that help individuals, couples and teams with their immediate needs.

Working as an EAP Clinician, you will:
Enjoy flexible working conditions
Deliver services via face-to-face, digitally (including LiveChat) or phone
Apply best practice skills for short-term solution-focused intervention support
Complete case notes / reporting, time recording and data collection as required
Participate in fortnightly peer supervision
Be based full time or part time (min 2 business days) in our Adelaide office

To be successful in this role you will:
Be an AHPRA Registered Psychologist OR Mental Health Social Worker with full practicing membership with the AASW
Have a minimum 2 years experience of relevant counselling interventions across a broad range of presentations
Have the ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and colleagues
Have a superior level of interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively to a team setting
Demonstrate warmth, flexibility, and calmness under pressure
Have good IT skills, superior written skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
Show a demonstrated commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and personal and professional development, as well as contributions to the professional development of colleagues
Have a current Working with Children Check for SA
Be willing to undergo a National Criminal History check
