Assistant Clerical Supervisor - Outpatient Department


  • Fixed term contract (3 months)

  • 38 hours per week

The Outpatient and Satellite areas accommodate specialist care for women in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Both areas provide care for women, their families, clinicians, research and academic staff. Our key working relationships include Allied Health Services, Inpatient Services and Health Information Services. We are guided by the Royal Women’s Hospital Policy, Procedures and Strategic Plan.


Your contribution


Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:


  • Provide assistance to the Clerical Supervisor as required with the day to day operation of the clerical service including staff rosterding and allocation

  • Provide support to the Women's Health Clinics, Maternity Services Outpatient Department

  • Be involved in the creation, management and adjusting of templates on EPIC (EMR) and IPM


About you


To be successful within this role you will need to have:


  • Previous hospital administration experience

  • Experience in working in a diverse cultural environment
