About The Position

We are recruiting for a casual receptionist (hours may vary between 15 and 25 per week) to join our team at Hampstead Gardens. This role includes a variety of responsibilities in both client experience and ensuring the smooth and reliable completion of our reception and administration processes.

Our new team member will need to be available to work between the hours of 7.30am - 8.00pm (Monday to Friday) and 8.00am - 1.00pm Saturdays.

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves working with people and is passionate about client service and delivering an outstanding experience for everyone that they meet. You enjoy being busy with a variety of tasks and display great time management skills.

You are great with people, being able to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate with many different people. You have a strong desire to get the best outcomes possible for our clients.

  • Maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile cash EFTPOS and HICAPS
  • Maintain a clean and tidy professional environment
  • Book appointments
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical staff
  • National Police Check
  • DHS screening (aged care sector, child-related, vulnerable person-related, disability service)

/ Experience
  • Great communication skills with a variety of different people and personalities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in medical or allied health is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Computer skills essential
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive and energetic vibe amongst our team and with clients
  • High level communication skills on the phone and in person
