ICT Technical Support Officer

3 month contract opportunity with potential to extend

About the role

The role of ICT Technical Support Officer provides Level 1-2 support services to various Calvary sites. Working primarily from our Lenah Valley Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for staff enquiries relating to desktop, applications, and telephone support. Your analytical and problem solving skills will be required to troubleshoot ICT issues both in person and remotely. A customer focus is essential to ensure service agreement levels are met and provide an empathetic approach to users requiring assistance. What you bring

Demonstrated experience providing level 1-2 technical support services to a broad customer base
Working knowledge of Citrix environments and Windows operating systems
An understanding of networking principals and general network infrastructures
Clear communication skills with the ability to break down information and steps to users
Willingness and ability to travel to various site locations in Sydney
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field will be highly regarded
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
