This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time, Casual appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

These Senior Physiotherapist positions will be across Perth Children’s Hospital in a variety of outpatient clinical specialities.

We currently have a Fixed Term Part Time vacancy for 2 years at 38 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
(This particular vacancy is specialising in the management of paediatric patients with eating disorders. )

Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced people to the position of Senior Physiotherapist. These Senior Physiotherapist positions work across a variety of speciality paediatric outpatient areas including musculoskeletal, endocrinology and diabetes, early intervention, movement disorders, cerebral palsy mobility service, spinal, rehabilitation and general outpatients. When answering the selection criteria ensure you have outlined your experience in the relevant clinical area/s.

These physiotherapists will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to i) plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate physiotherapy services using advanced physiotherapy clinical practice skills in paediatric outpatients, ii) plan, implement and evaluate patient safety and quality of care; iii) supervise coordinate and manage performance of physiotherapy staff and support staff in the department/clinical area, iv) practice as a Senior Physiotherapist and ensure practice is in accordance with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, and Registration Standards, and Children and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) policies and guidelines.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) treats children from around Western Australia, and is committed to programs that promote lifelong health in children and adolescents. CAHS is made up of Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and Perth Children’s Hospital.
