    A bit about the role:

    The Head of Sports Science & Sports Medicine will provide outstanding leadership and manage a multidisciplinary group of Sport & Health Professionals, whilst implementing a culture of elite standards.

    A pivotal member of the Cricket Performance Squad, the role will oversee the entire program ensuring our elite teams of NSW Blues, Breakers, Sydney Thunder & Sixers receive the highest possible standard in preparation, performance and rehabilitation.

    About you
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications relevant to an individual SSSM discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience with elite athletes or teams
  • Management experience and ability to successfully lead and coach teams
  • Registration with a nationally recognised body (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA, etc)
  • You have an ongoing commitment to professional development

    Bonus points if you have
  • High level strategic thinking and strategic planning capabilities
  • Experience in driving innovation and change in complex environments
