At Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals we are committed to improving patient care by enhancing clinical skills, knowledge and teamwork.

We are looking for a highly motivated theatre nurses with experience in Cardio Thoracic procedures. You will have proven clinical leadership skills to work within our busy operating theatre suite, consisting of five theatres and one Hybrid theatre facility at the Royal Brompton site.

Although clinical and educational knowledge of paediatric procedures in addition to adult cardiac and thoracic experience is desirable, training will be given in this area.

As a professional role model, you will provide a high standard of evidence based clinical leadership and practice development to support to our team of skilled professionals. You will be expected to work closely with the surgical team, assisting in implementing practice change where required and contributing to the control of consumables and making cost savings in line with Trust demands.
