Our client is an established & progressive Workplace Health & Rehabilitation Provider in Sydney CBD. This organisation provides a comprehensive & innovative suite of Workplace Health services. With the addition of a newly-created Professional Services Manager role, they are primed to take the organisation to the next level.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will involve:

  • People leadership – build a high-performing & engaged team culture
  • Quality assurance – ensure compliance & quality across all services, identifying training requirements & areas for improvement
  • Training & coaching – work with individuals to facilitate development & optimum performance
  • Customer relationship management – foster robust relationships with existing customers & proactive development of new relationships
  • Financial management – work with team members to ensure targets are being met. Notably, this organisation has reasonable workloads & KPIs

The Benefits

  • Salary $142,000-165,000 (including Super)

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5 years'+ relevant experience within Workplace Rehabilitation, Injury Management &/or Insurance
  • An adept leader, thrives on developing others to reach their potential
  • Understanding of quality assurance & compliance
  • Commitment to ongoing service improvement & innovation
  • A proactive approach & able to build outstanding stakeholders relationships
  • Personable, organised & a high degree of integrity
