Your new company
Your new company is looking for a friendly and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their team for a 1 month contract.

Your new role
Your new role as Receptionist will report to the Executive Administration Assistant and your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Welcoming members and employees in a warm and friendly manner
  • Invoicing
  • Catering
  • Making Travel Bookings
  • General administration tasks

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need the following:

  • Team Player attitude
  • The ability to work independently
  • A professional presentation
  • Exceptional level of verbal and written communications
  • The ability to use your imitative
  • Have a National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
