Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking to appoint an Executive & Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic and professional team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills to step into a rewarding career.


As an Executive & Marketing Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support in the following areas:
    • Secretarial assistance to the Executive Team
    • Administrative assistance to the Marketing Team
    • Administrative assistance to the Human Resource & Payroll team
    • Administrative assistance to the Public Contract Team
  • Conduct HR administration tasks including scanning, visa co-ordination and employee on boarding
  • Maintain HR file management and upkeep
  • Assist with payroll enquiries, timesheet preparation and payslip distribution
  • Coordinate meetings including managing agendas and minutes, meeting rooms, room set up and catering
  • Perform data collection & data entry
  • Health practitioner Credentialing
  • Assistance with marketing communication pieces
  • Event Planning assistance

Essential Criteria:

  • Three years’ executive administrative experience in a busy and professional environment
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • High level attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and take directions
  • Able to attend Marketing events including - weekends and evenings
