Duties will include:

  • Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls and general email enquiries
  • Invoice management
  • Account reconciliation against PCO's
  • Checking and responding to emails
  • General office administration duties
  • Working closely with management

The ideal candidate:

  • A patient, efficient multi-tasker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good attention to detail and be able to follow policies and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong skills with ERPs prefered
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team whilst having the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office suite
