About the organisation 

Operating for over 20 years, the organisation are a registered not for profit community based service provider who provide a range of primary care, allied health and mental health services aimed at improving the health & wellbeing of the regions communities. 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high quality, culturally appropriate & evidence based counselling & therapy services to a variety of clients 
  • Plan, deliver & evaluate a range of psychology services which build on strengths, needs & priorities & meet quality service standards 
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals to ensure a high quality service is provided 
  • Ensure effective & professional client follow ups are delivered 
  • Maintain accurate report writing & documentation 

To succeed in the role this is what you will need 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology 
  • Full registration with AHPRA as a General or Clinical Psychologist
  • 2+ years postgraduate experience 
  • The ability to develop & deliver therapy based programs 
  • Medicare provider number or eligibility to obtain one
