Due to growth within our team, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our amazing Therapy Services team, based in the Southern Metro Region.

Your new role

Working for Autism SA as an Occupational Therapist includes, but is not limited to:
  • working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • planning, implementing and evaluating individual developmentally appropriate therapy programs in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team
  • providing consultative support to families and educational settings
  • working collaboratively with educational staff, families and staff from other organisations
  • planning, implementing and evaluating appropriate programs in conjunction with other Autism SA staff with a multi-disciplinary focus
  • facilitate successful inclusion of families and individuals into group programs
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent degree
  • registration, or are eligible to register, with AHPRA
  • experience in the provision of occupational therapy services
  • experience in the delivery of services to clients with developmental delay/disorders
  • a satisfactory DHS Working with Children Clearance
