As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, the Psychosocial Lead will provide specialist social work and bereavement care to palliative care patients, their families or carers, of the Central Adelaide Palliative Care Service (CAPCS). The incumbent will provide professional and clinical leadership to the Social Work staff, Volunteer Coordinator, the Volunteer Program and Art Therapist employed within CAPCS, as well as oversite of Palliative Occupational Therapy Staff. Provide advice on matters relating to psychosocial care on professional service delivery development, practice and service redesign in response to client need as part of the CAPCS Leadership team.

A degree in Social Work as approved by the Commissioner for Public Employment.
