Administration Assistant


Admin Grade 1A (HS1A)

Permanent Full Time

(80 hours per fortnight) with ADO

We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and experienced individual for our Pharmacy Administration Assistant position. This permanent role includes providing reception duties, data entry, general administrative tasks, answering telephone inquiries and preparing agendas and minutes. The successful applicant will work 40 hours a week, Monday and Friday.

Key Selection Criteria


  • Efficient use in Microsoft Suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Access and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work within a team environment

  • Ability to work unsupervised when required

  • Pleasant and courteous manner

  • Polite telephone manner

  • Experienced in secretarial duties

  • Able to prioritise work

  • Capable of confidentiality

  • Excellent skills in oral and written communication


  • Knowledge of iPharmacy and/or Oracle

  • Pharmacy knowledge or experience
