Are you a dynamic customer focused professional wanting variety in your role? Do you have what it takes to work in a community hub providing excellence in reception and onsite events support?

A Reception and Events Assistant role has become available in Carpentaria for an experienced administrator to provide a professional and welcoming reception service to tenants, visitors and other customers of Harry’s Place. This role also provides hands on support to the Reception and Events Coordinator to prepare, manage and support on-site conference facilities and events.

You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of diverse clients; experience in preparing and maintaining various electronic and hardcopy record systems; high level administrative and organisational skills with the capability and willingness to undertake a range of duties including general housekeeping for events; and an understanding of the Disability or Human Services Sectors.
