JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will work with others to develop processes that ensure appropriate use of resources and the efficient and successful pursuit and conversion of quality leads.



Position Objectives:

  • Generates sustainable new business revenue via approaches and negotiations with warm prospects
  • Maximising market potential and relationships and ensuring all prospects are selected and managed in line with state-wide BD plan
  • Retention and growth of current partnerships, working collaboratively with the BD Team to deliver the best possible outcome


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders enabling smooth interfaces across business / function lines and delivering agreed outcomes.
  •  Professionally represent the company as the leading healthcare recruitment company in Australia.
  • Maintain a high standard of conduct and work performance to promote Healthcare Australia’s reputation with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date BD pipeline.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate records are entered in the system.
  • Maintain targeted advertising/marketing – drafting and strategically advertising/marketing using a range of media.
  •  Work safely and in accordance with Healthcare Australia’s OHS policies and procedures.
  •  Identify ways of improving systems and processes within your area of responsibility.


 Requirements:

  • Knowledge and/or experience of the Healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • PC and IT literacy - advanced MS Office skills and recruitment systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing markets.
  • Initiative, flexibility and strong attention to detail.
  • Client oriented, with the ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Process improvement and conceptualization experience
  • Dealing with financial/non-financial stakeholders
  • Significant experience and demonstrated success in people centric, multi-site service businesses.


The remuneration for this role will be $75,000 + super + bonus
