Intake Service Administrator
Ongoing Full Time Opportunity
Location: Bendigo
$26 - $30 per hour depending on experience

Everyday Independence has embarked on a significant transformation that has been triggered by rapid growth across Australia.
This position will be responsible for the leadership, development and monitoring of the client intake / onboarding process and capability / performance of staff responsible for the process.
The position will lead the intake team to develop and deliver best practice procedures in client intake / onboarding. The Intake leader will be responsible for growing the number of New Services and ensuring that we meet our KPls for securing appointments for new services.

As the Intake Service Administrator, you will:
  • Respond to enquiries and manage the registration and onboarding of incoming participants, you are the first point of call Participants encounter.
  • Ensure that all the required Participant information is received and processed, and that information is on-boarded to the relevant team hub.

If you started in your new role last week, these are some of the things you would have done:
  • Supported the team to process 300+ enquires.
  • Managed high volume of incoming calls.
  • Managed data entry
  • Engaged with other Service Providers over plans & services required.

As the Intake Service Administrator, you are:
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and have time-management and multitasking skills necessary to perform a variety of duties concurrently.
  • An excellent communicator with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer software, (Sales Force) is preferable.
  • Familiar with the National Disability Insurance Scheme and knowledge of its functions as well as a social model of care (preferred, but not essential)
  • Adaptable - working hours may vary.
