ABOUT US

At Wavelength, we’re a humble bunch but feel proud of our 20 + year history as a successful medical recruitment and migration business, placing healthcare professionals in roles throughout Australia and supporting visa applications across all industries. • Contribute to the maintenance of a professional library as per Migration Regulations.
  • Contribute to business development strategic planning
  • Respond to client pre-placement enquiries
  • Interview clients to determine needs, analyse applicable regulations
  • Provide a high standard of professional and strategic advice throughout the process as to available migration options

  • Inform Manager and GM of any potential issues or milestone events.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a superstar migration agent with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives. You strive for perfection in all submissions and don’t sweat the small stuff when it inevitably happens, you instead channel the energy into problem solving and resolving!

You will be a significant, valued and respected member of the team and although you don’t need any recruitment or medical experience, you should have a genuine willingness to learn about the medical world.

In addition, you will be a pro-active team player, always one step ahead and motivated to deliver exceptional results. Other key strengths include -

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • High level of attention to detail and a stickler for perfection / perfect output
  • Adaptability – you need to roll with the punches (like border closures) and remain positive

  • Excellent problem solving skills

IN RETURN

In return, we provide you with extensive and ongoing training plus learning and development opportunities!
