JOB DESCRIPTION

Innerstrength Healthcare has a position available for an experienced Receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team.

The position will be part-time employment for approx. 30 hours per week.

We are a busy, well-established multi-disciplinary allied health practice servicing a broad range of clients for physiotherapy, psychology and dietetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephones & greeting clients
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Invoicing and processing payments
  • Managing patient’s data and correspondence
  • General tidying and cleaning
  • Working within a team to ensure the overall efficient running of the clinic
  • Stock control

The successful candidate will have:

  • Past experience as a medical/allied health receptionist in fast-paced practice
  • Ability to multitask – prioritizing client care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Well presented, friendly and efficient
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Advanced IT and software proficiency
  • Respect for confidentiality
